Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One person or organization per account; do not impersonate others.

Your content

• You keep ownership of frames, photos, and text you create.
• You grant TwibbonX a license to store, display, and distribute content you publish publicly, solely to operate the platform.
• You must have the rights to everything you upload — including images, logos, and likenesses.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
• No spam, fake engagement, or manipulation of supporter counts.
• No attempts to bypass security, access controls, or rate limits.

Moderation

New public campaigns may be reviewed before becoming discoverable. We may reject, unpublish, or remove content that violates these terms or the Guidelines, and may suspend accounts for repeated violations. Moderation decisions are recorded in an audit log.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep TwibbonX fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (the core platform is free).

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
