Content Guidelines
TwibbonX exists so communities can rally around causes, events, and moments. These guidelines keep the platform safe and trustworthy for everyone.
Welcome here
- Charities, social and environmental causes, and community initiatives.
- Events — conferences, festivals, graduations, sports, and celebrations.
- Awareness days, public-health campaigns, and educational drives.
- Fan communities, creators, and organizations of every size.
Not allowed
- Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected groups.
- Violence, gore, or content that glorifies harm.
- Sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
- Scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive fundraising.
- Copyrighted artwork, logos, or photos you do not have rights to use.
- Spam, engagement bait, or automated/fake supporter activity.
Reporting
How reporting works, step by step:
- Open the campaign page and find the Report form (sign-in required, so reports are accountable).
- Pick the closest reason — copyright, impersonation, hate or harassment, sexual or violent content, scam or spam, privacy, or other — and add a short detail.
- Your report enters a moderation queue reviewed by a human. We aim to review every report within 2 business days.
- Outcomes range from no action, to content removal, to account suspension. Every decision is recorded in our moderation audit log.
You can also report by email to support@twibbonx.com — include the campaign link and what rule it breaks.
Copyright & takedowns
Rights holders (or their agents) can request removal of infringing content via support@twibbonx.com. A complete request includes:
- The exact link to the campaign or gallery photo.
- What work is infringed, and proof you own it or act for the owner.
- A contact address where we can reach you about the request.
Valid requests are processed promptly; repeat infringers lose their accounts. If your content was removed over a copyright claim and you hold the rights, send a counter-notice to the same address with the link and your basis — a second reviewer will reassess it.
Appeals
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, reply to the moderation notice or write to support with the campaign link — a second reviewer will take another look.
